The Sport
Rhythmic Gymnastics is a dynamic and expressive sport where Gymnasts perform routines with the accompaniment of a rope, hoop, ball, clubs or ribbon. Rhythmic Gymnastics combines elements of balances, turns, leaps/jumps and dance with movements of the apparatus to a piece of music.
Gymnasts develop strength, flexibility, coordination, musicality, rhythm and confidence.

Club owner and Head Coach, Miss Madeleine Cvetanovski has been involved in Rhythmic Gymnastics for over 15 years as a Gymnast, Coach, Judge and Program Coordinator at a local school.
Maddie is excited to continue sharing her love for the sport at NBRG where her focus is creating confident, strong and empowered female athletes.

NBRG is located in Sydney's Northern Beaches. Classes are held at Beacon Hill Public School hall with 3 sessions per week on offer.
NBRG provides a nurturing and encouraging environment for all its Gymnasts. All abilities, ages and levels have personalised programs to cater to the individual needs of each and every athlete.
